✅ Items must be in their original, undamaged condition with all tags and seals intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used beauty products (unless defective upon arrival).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Digital products, gift cards, and promotional items.

Items purchased under final sale or clearance promotions.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free exchange or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will provide a prepaid return label for such cases.


3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

If the return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Cli Beauty is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered return shipments.


5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For all other exchanges, a new order must be placed.
